1. The company will implement the policy of "replacement and return" for products with quality issues. The Company will also in charge of the round-trip transportation cost of the products.
2. The Company guarantees to response to the customers within 20 hours upon receiving of the feedback information from the customers. The Company will provide the response to the oversea customers via telephone, fax or email within 8 hours upon the receiving of the feedback information. The Company will arrive at the site to conduct field supervision within 3 days for the domestic customers if necessary.
3. The Company is operated and managed in accordance with the ISO9001: 2008 international quality management system. The manufacturing and inspection of products will strictly follow the manufacturing standards specified in the contract and the requirements in the additional agreements.
4. We sincerely recommend you taking good care of the original copy of the product sales contract and quality certificate. (The fax copy could be used as the purchasing contract. Our company will send the original copy of the contract, original copy of the quality certificate, VAT invoice and etc to the customers together via express delivery)
5. In case of any problems during the using of the product, the users could feedback the information to the marketing center of our company. The users shall provide the detailed information about the products including the contract number, delivery time, product standard, material specialization and model, operating environment, malfunction status and other related information.
